Executive Assistant & Client Relationship Manager
Susan started in the financial industry in 2004 after being a local business owner gaining both marketing and customer service expertise. She began her career with MONY/AXA and joined Baystate Financial in 2008. She is responsible for Client Relations and Client Services and is the Personal Assistant to Donald F. Vendetti.
Susan is responsible for all facets of client relations and services including data entry, the administration of investment and insurance applications, client communication and client account maintenance, tracking of investment related transactions and also communication with our broker/dealer and our business partners. She is also responsible for scheduling client meetings and the preparation of client presentation materials and existing client review meetings. Susan is also involved with all phases of the financial planning process including Personal Financial View client website maintenance. She maintains all compliance files and is also in charge of event planning, marketing, seminar preparation and follow up for client and CPA events.
Susan's focus is on providing our clients with an exceptional client experience and superior client service. She has an integral role in supporting Donny and his clients in successfully reaching their financial goals.
Susan graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. Susan lives in Yarmouth Port and has 2 sons who attend DY High School and Brandeis University.
